| St James Homes is an award-winning, design conscious, developer who approached Bullnose to help produce a marketing piece for the penthouse apartment at riverside development ‘The PumpHouse’, which could highlight the benefits of the location, show the property and give a taste of riverside living. |

The results
Bullnose produced a 6 page brochure centred around the riverside location. It combined interior shots with images of the roof terrace, featuring river views in most of them.
The brochure showed both the location and the property effectively and suggested a lifestyle without having to show people.
