The challenge
Jones Lang LaSalle is the world’s second largest property consultancy. In 2003 they introduced the first of a series of ‘partnership’ investment opportunities for private investors to include commercial property within their portfolio. The strategy required a design framework that complied with its brand guidelines to support the plan to promote these deals.
The results
A flexible design grid was set up to allow the creation of suites of literature for each partnership offering. The three application forms needed to be distinctly different to avoid confusion but retain a visual link with the IM. Meticulous accuracy was needed throughout to ensure that consistently high quality documents were produced.

Bullnose has been responsible for the design and production of the marketing materials for nine 'Partnerships' to date, with a combined project value of over £500m.
