The challenge
To prepare a new 24.5 acre mixed use development in Farnborough by Inland Homes ready for launching to the public. To include launch strategy, branding, marketing, public relations and event management.
The results
Bullnose worked in conjunction with tta group, the client and local estate agent to formulate the marketing strategy and then create a brand identity for the new development. The brand identity reflected the historical setting, being close to Farnborough Airport, and conveying the sense of families moving to a new area with space to breath. Marketing collateral included website, email, hoarding, brochure and posters. In addition, a launch event for over 100 guests was arranged with all the necessary promotional items such as adverts, invitations, presentation displays and speeches. Together with a well-planned PR communications strategy, every angle was covered to help ensure success.
